Checkout Upsell & Order Bump is a Shopify app ECOSIRE builds to order for your store, then installs and supports — it is not an instant App Store download. We scope your offer logic, develop against your theme and Shopify's APIs, deploy it to your store, and hand over a working system with documentation.

The app raises average order value at the highest-intent moment — inside the checkout flow itself. It surfaces order bumps, post-purchase upsells, smart product recommendations and progress bars that nudge shoppers toward free-gift and tiered-discount thresholds ("Spend $15 more for free shipping / a free gift").

On Shopify Plus, in-checkout offers are delivered through Checkout UI Extensions rendered inside Shopify's hosted checkout; on non-Plus plans we deliver equivalent value via cart-page bumps and a post-purchase extension, since Shopify restricts checkout customization to Plus. We're explicit about which surfaces your plan allows before we build.

Under the hood the app authenticates via OAuth, reads catalog and inventory through the Admin GraphQL API, respects multi-location inventory so it never recommends out-of-stock items, and stores offer rules and per-merchant config in metafields. Webhooks (orders/create, carts/update, app/uninstalled) keep state and attribution in sync and ensure clean teardown. Free gifts and tiered discounts are applied through Shopify's discount and cart-transform / Functions mechanisms so totals stay correct and tamper-resistant.

Rules-based targeting lets you fire offers by cart contents, collection, customer tag, order value or location. You own the app instance — there are no per-order commissions or revenue-share fees, just the one-time build plus optional support. Delivery is typically 5–10 business days depending on scope and your Shopify plan.
