The Hospital & Clinic Billing Suite manages healthcare revenue: encounter-based patient billing, insurer price lists, electronic claims in X12 837 format, co-pay and deductible math, and denial follow-up. For private hospitals, clinic chains, and day-surgery centers — including the Pakistani healthcare operators ECOSIRE already serves — where insurance billing is the operational bottleneck. Planned features include patient registration with policy verification capture, service and package price lists per insurer, encounter billing with bundled procedures, X12 837 claim generation and 835 remittance posting, co-pay collection at point of service, claim status and denial worklists, resubmission tracking, and revenue-cycle dashboards by payer and department. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
