Real Estate Property Listings is a custom Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce extension that lets agencies and property marketplaces manage and publish for-sale and for-rent listings directly inside Magento, without bolting a separate CMS onto your stack. We model each property as a dedicated entity with real-estate attributes (price, area in sq ft/m², property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, listing status), exposed through a clean admin grid with full ACL control and a customer-facing detail card layout.

This is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds the module to your exact requirements as a proper Magento module under app/code/Ecosire/RealEstate, wired with di.xml, declarative schema (db_schema.xml), service-contract interfaces, plugins/interceptors, and observers so it upgrades cleanly and never patches core. Search-by-location, property type, and budget is delivered as a faceted filter set (layered-navigation style or a custom controller), and map placement uses a geocode field rendered through your chosen maps provider. We expose listings over both REST and GraphQL service contracts so a headless PWA Studio or external portal can consume them.

After purchase we scope, build, install on your environment (Open Source or Adobe Commerce / Cloud), migrate any existing listing data, and hand over with documentation. Add/update/remove listings is a fast admin workflow with bulk actions and optional cron-driven listing expiry. Is this a ready-made download from the Adobe Commerce Marketplace?

No. This is a build-to-order extension. After purchase ECOSIRE scopes your exact requirements, builds the module as a proper Magento package under app/code/Ecosire/RealEstate, and installs it on your environment. There is no instant Marketplace download — you get a module engineered for your store, your attribute set, and your maps/search needs.

What is the delivery lead time?

A standard build of the seeded feature set typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the kickoff call, depending on your attribute requirements, data migration, theming, and whether you run Open Source or Adobe Commerce / Cloud. We confirm a firm timeline in writing during scoping before any build work starts.

How do ongoing support and updates work after delivery?

The price is a one-time build fee. Ongoing support, bug fixes, and Magento version-compatibility updates (for new 2.4.x releases or Adobe Commerce patches) are offered as an agreed support plan. We tell you up front what is covered; we do not silently auto-charge or leave you stranded on a future upgrade.

Will it work with a headless / PWA Studio front end?

Yes. Listings are exposed through Magento service contracts with both REST and GraphQL endpoints, so a PWA Studio storefront, a custom React/Next front end, or an external partner portal can query properties, filter by location/type/budget, and read map coordinates. We document the schema and resolvers as part of handover.

Does it modify Magento core or break on upgrades?

No core files are touched. The module uses di.xml, plugins/interceptors, observers, declarative schema, and service contracts — the same patterns Adobe recommends — so it survives Magento and Adobe Commerce upgrades. That is the main reason to commission a real module instead of stitching together CMS blocks and custom attributes.

Can you migrate our existing property listings?

Yes. If you already hold listings in spreadsheets, another CMS, or a legacy Magento setup, we map your fields to the new property entity and import them via data patches or a one-off import script during the build, so you go live with your catalog already populated.
