It registers a gateway command pool, request/response builders, and value handlers via di.xml, and exposes configuration under Stores → Configuration → Sales → Payment Methods with proper admin ACL and encrypted credential storage (API token, base URL, sandbox/live toggle).
Customers are sent to the MyFatoorah hosted payment page, where they choose KNET, Visa/Mastercard, or other enabled GCC local methods. Card flows enforce 3D Secure.
