What is the delivery lead time?

Yes, you need an active Vertex account (Vertex Cloud or on-premise O Series) — it is the tax engine the connector calls. The Vertex subscription is billed separately by Vertex and is not included. Will it work with my headless / PWA or GraphQL checkout?
Yes.
