The Amazon Marketplace Connector is a build-to-order Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce extension that connects your store to Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) so you can run Amazon as a true second sales channel without leaving Magento as your system of record.
This is not an instant Marketplace download. ECOSIRE develops the module under app/code/Ecosire/AmazonConnector, tailors the attribute and category mapping to your exact catalog, then installs, configures, and supports it on your own Magento install (Open Source or Adobe Commerce). You provide SP-API credentials and a sandbox; we deliver a working, version-controlled module.
Under the hood it uses Magento's service contracts, dependency injection (di.xml), plugins/interceptors, and observers on events like sales_order_save_after and cataloginventory_stock_item_save_after to keep both sides aligned. Cron jobs (crontab.xml) drive scheduled listing pushes, inventory/price reconciliation, and order pulls, while a queued consumer (MessageQueue) handles bulk feed submissions so large catalogs don't block the storefront.
Listings are submitted through Amazon Feeds and Listings Items endpoints; inventory and price deltas push on a near-real-time cadence; Amazon orders import as native Magento sales orders with the correct customer, addresses, and fulfilment flags (including FBA vs. FBM). Everything is exposed through admin ACL-gated configuration and a connection/health dashboard, with structured logging for every API call.
Because it's built for your data model, it handles configurable/simple product relationships, multi-account and multi-region marketplaces (e.g. US, UK, DE, AE), and your specific tax/price rules — things off-the-shelf connectors force you to bend around. If you are on Adobe Commerce we can integrate with B2B, shared catalogs, or MSI source/stock structures where relevant; on Open Source we map to the standard inventory model.
Do I need an Amazon Selling Partner API account?
Yes. You need an active Amazon Seller Central account and SP-API access. ECOSIRE guides you through registering the SP-API application, granting authorization, and wiring the credentials securely into Magento configuration. We build and validate everything against the Amazon SP-API sandbox first, so production listings are only touched once the flows are proven.
Will it handle configurable products and multiple Amazon regions?
Yes. Configurable products are listed as Amazon parent/child relationships rather than disconnected SKUs, with variation attributes mapped to Amazon's product-type schema. Multi-account and multi-region marketplaces (for example US, UK, DE, AE) are supported with per-marketplace credentials, currency, and price rules, so a single Magento catalog can drive several Amazon storefronts.
