Telr Payment Gateway for Business Central is a build-to-order AL extension that wires Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central directly into Telr, the UAE/KSA-focused payment gateway. It is not an instant AppSource download — ECOSIRE builds it against your store/auth-key configuration, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud or on-prem), and supports it after go-live.

The extension adds a Telr Payment Setup page (store ID, auth key, test/live toggle, currency map) and surfaces "Pay with Telr" actions on Sales Orders, Posted Sales Invoices and the Customer card. When you generate a hosted payment page or pay-link, the extension calls the Telr Order API, persists the order reference against the BC document, and listens for Telr's IPN callback through a published OData/REST endpoint so settlement status flows back without manual polling.

Captured transactions are matched to open Customer Ledger Entries and posted via a dedicated payment journal batch, so your finance team reconciles by exception instead of re-keying. Card, Mada, and supported local wallets are accepted; recurring invoices reuse Telr card tokens (PCI scope stays with Telr); and 3DS2 / SCA challenge flows are handled by the hosted page. Multi-currency is honored across AED, SAR and USD using BC's own currency setup.

Architecturally it ships as clean AL objects — table/page extensions, event subscribers on posting routines, an HttpClient-based connector, a Job Queue entry for callback retries, and a scoped permission set. Is this an instant AppSource download?

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE configures it against your specific Telr store ID and auth key, packages it as a per-tenant AL extension (.app), and installs it on your Business Central environment. You do not download it yourself from AppSource.

What is the typical delivery lead time?

Most builds are delivered within roughly 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your Telr sandbox credentials and Business Central environment access. That window covers building the AL objects, a full sandbox validation pass (card, Mada, 3DS2, refund and a recurring token charge), and the live cut-over. Heavily customized requirements can extend this, and we confirm the exact date in writing before starting.

How does ongoing support and updates work?

The price includes an agreed post-go-live support window for bug fixes, configuration changes and compatibility checks against Business Central's regular version updates. Because BC releases major updates twice a year, we re-validate the extension against new versions during the support window. Extended or annual support can be arranged separately.

Where are my Telr credentials and card data stored?

Your Telr store ID and auth key are held in Business Central's isolated storage, not in plain table fields. Cardholder data never touches Business Central — all card entry and 3DS2/SCA challenges happen on Telr's hosted payment page, so your PCI scope stays with the gateway. Only tokens and transaction references are stored on the BC side.

Can it handle recurring billing and multiple currencies?

Yes. The extension reuses Telr card tokens for recurring and repeat invoices, so subscription charges run without re-collecting card details. Multi-currency is honored across AED, SAR and USD using Business Central's native currency setup and exchange rates, with each currency mapped to the correct Telr configuration.
