JazzCash Payment Gateway for Business Central connects your Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant to JazzCash's ~40-million-user payment network so collections happen where your ledgers already live — no separate portal, no CSV imports, no manual matching.

This is a build-to-order product, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE develops it as a per-tenant AL extension, deploys it to your sandbox first, then publishes it to production once you sign off. We register and configure your JazzCash merchant credentials, wire the payment flow, and hand you a working, supported integration.

Technically, the extension ships as an AL app with table and page extensions on Sales Invoice, Posted Sales Invoice and Customer Ledger Entry, plus a setup page holding your JazzCash merchant ID, integrity salt and environment (sandbox/production). A pay-by-link and QR action generates a JazzCash checkout URL per invoice. An HTTP client codeunit calls the JazzCash REST endpoints with HMAC-SHA256 secure-hash signing, and a secured webhook/return handler ingests transaction notifications. A Job Queue entry polls transaction status and runs collection auto-reconciliation, creating and applying customer payments against the originating invoice. Refunds are issued from the Posted Sales Invoice via the JazzCash refund API and posted back as credit entries.

Dedicated permission sets gate setup versus operator access. Because the gateway data sits in standard BC tables, it surfaces through the BC REST/OData API and flows into Dataverse / Power Platform for Power BI dashboards or Power Automate alerts. PKR is the primary currency, with multi-currency posting supported through BC's native currency engine. Everything is logged for audit, and ECOSIRE provides the source, documentation and ongoing support.

What is the typical delivery lead time?

Most JazzCash gateway builds are delivered in roughly 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of your JazzCash merchant credentials and sandbox tenant access. The exact timeline depends on your BC version, any custom invoice fields, and how quickly JazzCash provisions your merchant account. We confirm a firm schedule before starting.

How does ongoing support and updates work?

Every build includes a post-go-live support window for bug fixes and configuration help. After that, ECOSIRE offers a maintenance arrangement covering BC version upgrades (the extension is recompiled and retested against new BC releases), JazzCash API changes, and enhancements. Because you hold the source, you are never locked in.

Does it handle reconciliation automatically or do I still match payments by hand?

Automatically. A Business Central Job Queue entry polls JazzCash transaction status, then creates and applies the customer payment against the originating invoice, so collections clear in the Customer Ledger without manual matching. A full audit log is retained for review and disputes.

Can I report on JazzCash collections in Power BI?
