Mercado Libre Connector for Business Central is a custom-built integration that wires the Mercado Libre marketplace and Mercado Envíos logistics into your existing Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, so order capture, inventory, pricing and settlement stop being a daily spreadsheet chore.
This is a build-to-order engagement, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE develops the connector as an AL language extension, deploys it as a per-tenant extension to your Business Central Online (or on-prem) environment, and supports it afterward. We scope your Mercado Libre site(s) — MLA (Argentina), MLB (Brazil), MLM (Mexico), MLC (Chile), MCO (Colombia) and others — your seller account topology, and your BC localization before a single line ships.
Technically, the extension authenticates to the Mercado Libre REST API using OAuth2 (app ID, secret and refresh-token rotation handled in an isolated setup table with token encryption). Inbound orders, shipments and questions are polled and processed through the Job Queue, then projected onto standard BC documents — Sales Orders, Posted Sales Invoices and Item Ledger Entries — via table and page extensions plus event subscribers on posting routines. Listing stock and price are pushed back to Mercado Libre when BC inventory or price changes, guarded against feedback loops.
You get dedicated setup pages, a Mercado Libre Order worksheet, mapping tables (item ↔ MLB item ID, variation, warehouse), structured error logging, and permission sets so staff see only what they should. The connector can also surface to Power Platform via the Business Central OData/Dataverse layer if you want Power BI settlement dashboards or Power Automate alerts.
Honest expectation: a typical single-site build is delivered in roughly one working week; multi-site or heavy customization runs longer. The $999 covers the standard scoped build and installation.

How long until it's live, and what does the $999 cover?
A typical single-site build is delivered in roughly one working week from when we have your Mercado Libre app credentials and a sandbox. Multi-site or heavily customized scopes take longer. The $999 covers the standard scoped build, configuration on your tenant and a UAT walkthrough; we confirm exact scope and timeline before starting.
What happens to ongoing support and updates after go-live?
You get a post-go-live support window, and we offer ongoing maintenance to keep the connector working when the Mercado Libre REST API or your Business Central version changes (BC ships major updates twice a year). Because you also receive the source AL project, you are never locked in if you choose to maintain it yourself.
Will it create duplicate orders or fight my inventory?
No. Inbound processing is idempotent and de-duplicates on the Mercado Libre order/external ID, so re-polling never double-posts. Stock push-back is loop-guarded so a sale that originates on Mercado Libre does not re-trigger a redundant quantity push back to the listing.
Which Mercado Libre sites and Business Central deployments are supported?
We support the major Mercado Libre sites — MLA (Argentina), MLB (Brazil), MLM (Mexico), MLC (Chile), MCO (Colombia) and others — each with its own credentials and currency. The extension targets Business Central Online (SaaS) and can be adapted for supported on-prem deployments; we confirm your exact version during scoping.
Does it integrate with Power BI or Power Automate?
Optionally, yes. The connector's data can be exposed through Business Central's OData/Dataverse layer so you can build Power BI settlement and margin dashboards or trigger Power Automate alerts (for example, on an unanswered buyer question or a failed sync). This is included in scope when you request it.
