Warehouse and production teams shouldn't be running paper pick lists back to a desktop. Warehouse Mobile / Advanced WMS is a handheld extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that turns any Android or rugged barcode scanner into a live BC terminal. Operators scan an item, a bin, and a license plate; the app validates against BC's warehouse documents and posts the movement in real time — no batch imports, no end-of-shift re-keying.
This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the extension to fit your item-tracking, bin, and warehouse-zone setup, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), and supports it after go-live.
How it's built
The solution is authored in the AL language as table extensions, page extensions, and event subscribers over BC's native Warehouse Activity Line, Bin Content, and Item Ledger tables. The handheld client talks to BC through the REST / OData v4 API and custom API pages, so every scan respects the same posting routines, permission sets, and number series as the web client. We optionally surface scan data into Dataverse / Power Platform for Power BI dashboards or a Power Apps companion. Long-running posting and reconciliation tasks run on the BC job queue rather than blocking the operator.
