What is included in the monthly hours?

Hours cover any Power BI work — new report development, existing report modifications, data source changes, user support, performance optimization, and gateway maintenance. We track hours transparently and provide a monthly breakdown of how time was spent.

Can I change my plan tier?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to change. Many clients scale up during year-end reporting or new ERP rollouts and scale back during quieter periods.

What happens if we use all our hours before month-end?

We notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly allocation. Additional hours are billed at a discounted overage rate (lower than ad-hoc consulting rates). You can also upgrade your plan tier at any time.
