Stripe handles card payments through its Payment Intents / Checkout Session API. Alongside it we can wire a manual or offline gateway you nominate — bank transfer, Wise, or cash-on-collection — selectable per link. Links can be sent by email, WhatsApp (click-to-chat link or the Business API where you have it) and SMS. If you need a specific regional gateway, tell us during scoping and we will assess it as part of the build.

Yes to both. When you generate a link you choose full amount, a fixed deposit, a percentage, or the outstanding balance against the order total. Each link carries an expiry date/time after which it stops accepting payment and shows a closed page, which protects you from someone paying a stale price weeks later. Unpaid links can also fire auto-reminders on a WP-Cron schedule until they are paid or expire.

Yes. A Stripe webhook listener confirms the charge, updates the linked WooCommerce order to paid/processing, and writes an order note recording the payment and the link used. Because each link is stored as its own custom post type with full meta, you keep an auditable trail, and a link-paid action hook lets us push the event into your CRM or accounting system if you want.
