Yes. The app detects marketplace-facilitator orders and excludes them from your nexus aggregation and remittance, since those platforms collect and remit on your behalf. This prevents double-counting toward thresholds and double-remitting tax.

Each SKU is assigned a Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) product-tax category, stored in Shopify product metafields during the build. The app applies the correct state-specific taxability rule for that category at checkout, so items like apparel, groceries or digital goods are taxed correctly where rules differ by state.
