The build is a custom embedded app (Shopify App Bridge + Polaris) that authenticates via OAuth and talks to your store through the Admin GraphQL API. Menu items map to your products and variants (sizes, add-ons, modifiers) using metafields, so your catalog stays the single source of truth. Customers choose pickup or delivery, then pick an order-ahead or schedule-for-later time slot validated against your prep capacity and opening hours.
For delivery, we configure a radius and postal-code zone model — orders outside your zones are blocked at checkout, and per-zone fees and minimums are enforced. Kitchen staff work from an order management view that streams new tickets via Shopify webhooks (orders/create, orders/updated, orders/fulfilled), with optional POS sync and multi-location inventory so a sold-out item disappears from the online menu in real time.

A typical single-location setup is delivered within roughly 2–3 weeks; multi-location or cloud-kitchen builds with POS sync take longer. We confirm a firm timeline with you in writing before work starts, and if a requirement exceeds Shopify's platform limits we tell you before you commit.
The price is a one-time build fee that includes a post-launch bug-fix window and a staff walkthrough.
