Loyalty & Rewards (POS + Online) is a build-to-order Shopify app that gives your customers one rewards wallet no matter where they shop. A customer earns points buying online and redeems them at the counter the same afternoon — because both channels read and write the same point balance, not two disconnected programs you have to reconcile.

This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds the app against your store, installs it on your Shopify admin, and supports it after launch. We embed the earn/redeem UI directly into Shopify POS using a POS UI Extension, and into your online store via a theme app extension and checkout/customer-account surfaces.

How it's built. The app authenticates through Shopify OAuth and uses the Admin GraphQL API to read orders, customers and locations. Loyalty balances, tier status and ledger entries are stored as customer metafields plus our own off-Shopify ledger for audit history. Real-time earning is driven by webhooks — orders/create, orders/paid, refunds/create — so points accrue when an order is paid and reverse cleanly on refund, online or in-store. Multi-location retailers get per-location reporting because every POS sale carries its location ID.
