Egypt E-Invoicing (ETA) for Shopify closes the gap between your Shopify storefront and the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoicing and e-receipt mandate. Every paid order is transformed into a compliant document, signed, and submitted to the ETA portal — without your team copying orders into a separate tax system.

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds, configures and installs the integration on your store and ETA taxpayer profile, then supports it. Typical delivery is 10–15 business days depending on how clean your product catalog and tax data are.

How it works. A Shopify orders/paid (and orders/create/refunds/create) webhook fires into the ECOSIRE service. We pull the full order via the Admin GraphQL API, map line items to GS1 or EGS item codes, compute Egyptian VAT and table-tax components, and build the ETA-format document. The signed payload is submitted in real time to the ETA portal; the returned UUID, long ID and submission status are written back to order metafields so they are visible in Shopify Admin. B2C sales flow through the e-receipt path; B2B invoices carry full buyer tax registration data.

What you get. Bilingual Arabic/English invoice documents, correct UUID and reference handling, automatic retry and reconciliation for rejected or queued submissions, and a searchable audit archive of every issued document for the retention period the ETA requires.
