No. This is a build-to-order engagement. ECOSIRE builds the app specifically for your fleet and theme, then installs it into your store via Shopify OAuth as a custom/unlisted app. There is no public App Store listing or one-click download — you are buying a finished, installed system rather than a self-install plugin.

Typical delivery is about 2–4 weeks from the kickoff call, depending on fleet size, the number of depots and how much custom pricing or insurance logic you need. After purchase we book a short scoping call, confirm requirements, build and test against your store, then install and walk your team through it. We give you a firm timeline once scoping is complete.

No. The $249 is a one-time build fee. There is no per-vehicle or recurring app subscription charged by ECOSIRE for the app itself. You will still pay standard Shopify costs and your payment processor's transaction fees, and any optional ongoing support plan is separate and clearly quoted.

Every build includes a defined post-launch warranty window for bug fixes and adjustments at no extra cost. After that, you can keep it running as-is or take an optional support retainer for Shopify API version upgrades, new features and changes. Because the code is handed to you, you are never locked in — any developer can maintain it, though we recommend us since we built it.

Each physical vehicle is tracked as its own unit with a date-range availability calendar. When a booking is placed, the app reserves that unit for the selected pickup-to-drop-off window (plus any turnaround buffer you configure) and marks it unavailable for overlapping dates. Availability is reconciled through the Admin GraphQL API and, for multi-depot operators, respects Shopify multi-location inventory so a car only shows as available at the depot it actually sits in.
