This is a build-to-order app, not an instant download. After purchase we book a short scoping call to confirm your locations, devices and payroll format. A standard deployment is typically delivered and installed within 2–4 weeks; multi-location rollouts or custom payroll formats may take longer, and we give you a firm timeline before the build starts.

No. Shopify never processes biometric data. Face and fingerprint matching runs on the capture device or a private ECOSIRE-hosted service. Shopify only holds the link between a staff account and an attendance record via metafields. We help you configure consent capture and retention windows so the deployment respects local biometric-privacy law.

Because we build and host the app, ECOSIRE provides ongoing support, bug fixes and compatibility updates as Shopify's Admin API and your payroll format evolve. We agree a support arrangement during onboarding — covering enrollment of new staff, device issues, and export adjustments — so you are never left maintaining the integration alone.

Yes — a camera-equipped kiosk tablet for face recognition, and optionally a fingerprint, NFC or RFID reader for warehouse environments. Hardware is sourced separately from the app build. We provide a compatible-device list and advise on the right mix for each location before we start.

Yes. The app reads your locations from Shopify via the Admin GraphQL API and attributes every punch to the correct site. Managers can be scoped to their own locations, and exception and payroll exports can be filtered or split per location.

Each punch is biometrically matched to one enrolled person, with liveness/anti-spoofing checks that reject a held-up photo or video. A photo is also captured on every punch, giving you a timestamped, tamper-evident audit trail you can review whenever an hour is disputed.
