When Shopify fires the orders/create, orders/paid, fulfillments/create or refunds/create webhook, the app pulls the full order through the Admin GraphQL API — line items, taxes, discounts, shippingAddress, fulfillment and multi-location origin — and renders a pixel-accurate PDF invoice, packing slip, receipt, credit note or quote. Documents attach automatically to the customer's confirmation email or send on their own schedule.
Templates are fully branded and configurable: your logo, colors, legal footer, payment terms, bank/IBAN details and per-region tax wording (VAT, GST, sales tax, reverse-charge). Sequential, gap-free invoice numbering is enforced for audit and accounting compliance. Multi-language and multi-currency rendering follows the order's locale and presentment currency, so a customer in Berlin gets a German EUR invoice and one in Dubai gets an English AED tax invoice — from the same store.

Buy the license on ecosire.com and download the PDF Invoice & Order Document Generator module ZIP from your account dashboard.
Upload to Odoo
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Install the module
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for PDF Invoice & Order Document Generator, and press Install.
Configure settings
Open the new menu, paste your ECOSIRE license key, connect any external credentials (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, etc.), and save.
Verify & go live
