After a short scoping call to confirm your pricing tiers, deposit rules, and fulfillment options, a typical build is delivered in about 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and how many edge cases (buffer days, blackout dates, per-SKU units) you need. We install on your staging environment first for sign-off, then deploy to production. You receive a firm timeline in writing before work begins.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and compatibility with Magento minor releases. Because you receive the full module source under app/code (or as a Composer package), nothing is locked behind a license server. After the included window, you can extend support, request new features, or hand the code to your own developers - your choice.

Yes. It is the same module built on standard Magento 2 APIs (service contracts, plugins, observers, di.xml), so it installs on Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce alike. Where Adobe Commerce-only features are present (such as B2B or staging/preview), the module is built to coexist with them; we test against your exact version.

Availability is enforced server-side. A dedicated availability service checks the requested date range against all confirmed reservations and your rentable stock before add-to-cart and again at order placement, so an overlapping booking is rejected even under concurrent traffic. It is not a front-end-only calendar that can be bypassed.

Yes. The security deposit is added as a managed order line item and released or captured by staff on return. Late-return fees are configurable (per-day or flat) and evaluated by a cron job against the agreed return date. Customers choose pickup or shipping per booking, and that choice is surfaced to your fulfillment team.
