This is build-to-order, not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 10 to 15 business days from kickoff: a few days to scope your catalog, theme and provider, then build, internal QA, and installation on your Magento instance (or handoff of a clean Composer package). Larger catalogs or heavy customization may extend that, and we confirm the timeline in writing before we start.

The build includes 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support for issues in the delivered module. Beyond that, we offer optional retainer plans covering Magento version compatibility upgrades, LLM provider/model changes, prompt tuning and new feature work. Because we ship real source code, your own team can also maintain it — there is no SaaS lock-in on the extension itself.

Both. The module is built on standard Magento 2 architecture — service contracts, di.xml, observers, GraphQL/REST and cron — so it runs on Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. We confirm your exact version (e.g. 2.4.x) at scoping and target that, including Adobe Commerce features like customer segments where relevant.

The LLM call is brokered server-side from your Magento backend; the provider API key is stored in Magento's encrypted configuration and never reaches the browser. You choose the provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or a self-hosted model). Order and account data is only read for the authenticated customer's own session, and admin settings sit behind a dedicated ACL resource.

The $249 is a one-time build fee for the extension, scoped to a standard catalog and theme integration. The only ongoing cost is your LLM provider's usage, billed directly by that provider based on conversation volume. Optional support retainers and major customizations beyond the standard scope are quoted separately and are entirely up to you.
