We connect your storefront or marketplace (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, eBay, or your headless commerce API) to Dynamics 365 CE through a Power Platform integration layer. Store customers are upserted as CE Contacts and Accounts with a stable external-ID key, so the same buyer is never duplicated across channels. Each web order is projected into CE as a Sales Order (or a qualified Opportunity for B2B quote flows) with line items, currency and order status. Marketplace messages, returns and complaints become Cases routed to your Service team, with the originating order linked for full context.

Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for Dynamics 365 CE / Sales eCommerce Lead & Order Connector, and press Install.

Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of channels and the complexity of your order and case workflows. We build in a sandbox, demo it to you, then install the managed solution on your production environment. This is a build-to-order engagement — there is no instant AppSource download.
No. This is custom-built and installed by ECOSIRE as a per-environment managed Dataverse solution on your own tenant, with optional Business Central AL extension where BC reconciliation is in scope. We deliver it under your Power Platform governance, hand over editable Power Automate flows and documentation, and you own the solution. We do not publish or sell it as a self-service AppSource listing.
The one-time build includes a post-go-live support window for bug fixes and mapping adjustments. After that, you can keep an optional support and maintenance retainer covering storefront/marketplace API changes, CE and Business Central platform updates, monitoring of failed-record reconciliation, and new channel or field additions.
