Typical delivery is two to four weeks from when we have access to your Business Central environment (sandbox first) and a session to review your routings, shift model, and work-center groups. Simpler shops with standard routings are at the faster end; complex multi-line or multi-shift setups with custom capacity logic take longer. We confirm a firm lead time in writing after the scoping call, build in your sandbox, validate the load figures against your live data, then install to production.

No. This is build-to-order. ECOSIRE builds the extension in AL specifically for your routings and shift model and installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment. There is no public AppSource listing or instant download — that lets us tune the load logic, thresholds, and permission set to your shop rather than ship a generic one-size board.

We include a support period after go-live for fixes and tuning, and offer an ongoing support arrangement after that. Because it is a per-tenant extension built only with table extensions, page extensions, and event subscribers — never base-object modifications — it survives Microsoft's monthly and major Business Central updates cleanly. If a future Business Central release changes a capacity or routing object we depend on, we update the extension as part of support so it keeps working.

The board reads your existing Capacity Ledger, production orders, and shop calendars without altering them. The only write operation is the explicit drag-to-rebalance action, which updates the Prod. Order Routing Line exactly as a planner would by hand — through standard Business Central logic, gated by the supervisor permission set, and validated before commit. Read-only viewing never changes anything.

Yes. We can expose per-work-center load through an OData/REST endpoint so it can be pulled into Power BI or a Dataverse / Power Platform dashboard. This is optional; if you only need the board inside Business Central we skip it. When included, we provide a sample connection so your BI team can build trend and utilization reports on top of the same figures supervisors see.

Yes. The extension is standard AL and installs as a per-tenant extension on either Business Central online (SaaS) or an on-premises / private-cloud deployment. The OData endpoint and Power Platform integration are most straightforward on SaaS; on-prem deployments are fully supported with the equivalent web-service configuration.
