This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports the connector as a per-tenant AL extension deployed onto your own Business Central environment (cloud or on-prem). We start from your room-type and rate-plan structure, map it to the channel manager's codes, and configure the sync the way your property actually operates.
On the technical side, the extension adds table and page extensions for room/rate mapping and channel configuration, event subscribers on reservation, rate and inventory changes, and codeunits that call the SiteMinder/SynXis APIs. Outbound rate and availability pushes and inbound reservation polling run through the Business Central Job Queue so sync continues unattended. Inbound OTA bookings are written into your PMS reservation tables; rate and availability changes flow outward in near real time. Upload to Odoo
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Install the module
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for Channel Manager Connector (SiteMinder / SynXis), and press Install.

How does overbooking protection actually work?
The connector treats true open availability in Business Central as the ceiling. Inventory pooling logic calculates sellable rooms per type, and outbound availability pushes never expose more than that ceiling to the OTAs. When a reservation arrives from any channel, availability is recalculated and re-pushed so the other channels are decremented, which is what prevents two OTAs from selling the last room.
