Single-printer counter setups are usually at the faster end; multi-station kitchen routing with cloud-print bridges and custom templates sits at the longer end. We give you a firm date once we've scoped your printers and store — this is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant marketplace download.

Your purchase includes a defined post-launch support and update window. During it we keep the plugin working across WooCommerce and WordPress core upgrades (including HPOS migrations), fix any printing issues, and help you add or remap printers. Because the plugin lives on your own site and you own the code, you're never locked out — and we offer ongoing maintenance retainers if you want us to keep monitoring it long term.

Any ESC/POS-compatible thermal printer — Epson TM-series, Star Micronics, Xprinter and similar, in 58mm or 80mm widths. We support network (LAN/Wi-Fi), USB-attached-via-bridge, and cloud-print services. If your WordPress server can't reach the printers directly (common with cloud hosting), we install a lightweight local bridge agent on a shop-floor machine so printing still happens zero-click.

Yes. The plugin is built HPOS-aware so it reads orders correctly whether you're on legacy post-meta storage or WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables). It hooks into standard WooCommerce order events, so it coexists with your theme, payment gateways and most other extensions. If you run a specific POS, table-management or delivery plugin, tell us during scoping and we'll test compatibility before handover.

Yes — that's the multi-printer routing feature. We configure per-product or per-category rules so food line items (with modifiers and notes) print on the kitchen printer while the full tendered receipt prints at the counter. You can route to as many stations as you have printers, and each station gets its own template.

Yes. The templates render order meta — product variations, add-ons, 'no onions'-style notes, table number, pickup vs delivery, and other custom fields captured at checkout. We map your specific fields onto the receipt and kitchen ticket layouts during the build so staff see exactly what they need.
