WooCommerce Table Rate & Conditional Shipping is a build-to-order plugin that replaces that thin native logic with a real rules engine registered as a proper WC_Shipping_Method inside each shipping zone.
ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures this plugin directly on your WordPress site — it is not an instant marketplace download. After purchase we collect your rate sheet, freight contracts and free-shipping policy, then hand you a working, tested shipping calculator wired into your real zones, classes and checkout.
The engine evaluates rate tables keyed on cart weight, subtotal, item quantity and product dimensions, layered with 30+ conditional combinations (e.g. "over 50 kg AND outside Zone A = freight surcharge", "wholesale role AND subtotal > $500 = free"). Costs can be per-product or per-shipping-class, stackable or override-only. Automated free-shipping thresholds fire on subtotal, weight or coupon presence, and zip/pincode targeting narrows rules below WooCommerce's zone granularity.
Built on the official woocommerce_shipping_methods filter and the woocommerce_package_rates hook, it is HPOS / custom-order-table compatible, WPML and multisite aware, and exposes its rules via the WooCommerce REST API so your ERP or 3PL can sync rate sheets programmatically. Will this work with HPOS and my existing checkout and payment gateways?
Yes. The plugin is built against the official WC_Shipping_Method API and the woocommerce_package_rates filter, so it is HPOS / custom-order-table compatible and does not override checkout templates. It calculates rates at cart time and presents them through WooCommerce's standard shipping selection, so Stripe, PayPal, and other gateways receive the correct totals with no special handling.
Can my ERP or 3PL update the rate tables automatically?
Yes, where you need it. We expose the rule tables through the WooCommerce REST API and support CSV import/export, so an external system, spreadsheet or 3PL can push updated freight rates without anyone re-entering values in wp-admin. We document the endpoints and field structure as part of the handover.
