It is not an instant WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org download — we tailor it to your theme, your carriers, and your messaging stack, then hand you a working system.

At its core sits a branded, shortcode-driven tracking page ([ecosire_order_tracking]) where a customer enters an order number plus email and sees live status, a visual progress timeline, and a deep link to the carrier's tracking site. Behind it, a notification engine hooked into woocommerce_order_status_changed dispatches messages over email (WP Mail / SMTP), SMS, and WhatsApp the moment an order moves to processing, shipped, out for delivery, or any custom status we register for your fulfilment flow.

The build is HPOS-aware (WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) and falls back cleanly on legacy post-meta stores. Tracking numbers can be bulk-imported via CSV or pushed through the WooCommerce REST API from your 3PL or shipping app, and carrier auto-detection maps a tracking number's format to the right courier so links resolve correctly. Triggers, message templates, and channel routing live in a clean wp-admin settings screen, and scheduled re-checks run on WP-Cron. We also wire in WPML/multisite compatibility where your store needs it, so every notification and tracking-page string is translatable.
