Standard WooCommerce sells a "product" — one quantity, one price, instant checkout. An event venue sells a specific hall on a specific date, with a guest count that can't exceed capacity, a setup/teardown window that blocks the slot around the booking, and money that arrives as a deposit now, balance later. None of that exists in WooCommerce core, and generic booking plugins treat a banquet hall like a hotel room.

Events Venue & Hall Reservation is a WooCommerce plugin ECOSIRE builds to fit your venues exactly. Each hall becomes a bookable product backed by a custom post type and date-availability stored against WooCommerce; the date picker reads real availability so a sold Saturday can't be double-booked. We enforce capacity and layout (banquet, theatre, cabaret) as validation rules at add-to-cart, expose catering, AV and decor add-ons as priced line items that flow into the standard WooCommerce order, and configure setup/teardown buffer times so a 6pm event reserves the room from your prep hour through breakdown.
The money model is the part most plugins get wrong. We wire deposit + balance so the customer pays a percentage or fixed deposit through your live gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or a regional processor) at checkout, then settles the balance via a scheduled invoice or a one-click pay link before the event date — tracked on the order with WP-Cron reminders.

This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. After we confirm your halls, capacities, deposit policy and add-ons, a typical build, install and handover runs about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how many venues and how custom your rules are. ECOSIRE develops the plugin, installs and activates it on your WordPress/WooCommerce site, configures your venues, and hands it over working. There is no marketplace link to click — we deliver it directly into your environment.
The one-time price includes installation and a post-launch support window for fixes and adjustments. After that, we offer ongoing support and compatibility maintenance (keeping it working across WooCommerce and WordPress core updates, including HPOS changes) as an optional arrangement. Because you own the installed plugin on your own site, you are never locked into a subscription to keep using it — maintenance is there if you want us to keep it current.
Yes. Availability is stored against each hall and the date picker reads it live, so once a date is confirmed (or held by a deposit) that slot is removed from the calendar. Setup and teardown buffers extend the reserved window automatically, so a date isn't released until your breakdown time has passed.
