WooCommerce Demand Forecasting & Reorder turns your existing WooCommerce order history into a working-capital decision tool. Instead of guessing reorder points from gut feel, the plugin reads your historical line items (via wc_get_orders() and the HPOS custom order tables), computes sales velocity and seasonality per SKU, and projects a predicted stockout date for every product and variation against current _stock levels.
Sales-velocity forecasting per SKU and per variation, computed from historical WooCommerce order line items via wc_get_orders() and HPOS-aware queries
Seasonality detection that weights recent weeks and recurring annual patterns so peak-season demand isn't underestimated
Predicted stockout date for every product, comparing forecasted daily demand against live _stock quantity
Suggested reorder quantity and the exact date to place each purchase order, derived from demand, current cover, and safety stock
Supplier lead-time aware planning using per-product/per-supplier lead-time stored in product meta, so orders are timed to land before stockout
Dead-stock alerts that flag SKUs with little or no movement over a configurable window, exposing trapped working capital
This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports it on your WordPress site. It is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download — there is no marketplace link, and we do not pretend there is one. After purchase, our engineers scope your catalog, supplier lead times, and reporting needs, then deliver a plugin packaged for your environment.
The core output is a Reorder Worksheet in wp-admin — a sortable, filterable screen (built on WP_List_Table) showing each SKU's forecasted daily demand, days-of-cover, suggested reorder quantity, and the date to place the order so stock arrives before you sell out, accounting for per-supplier lead time stored in product meta. Dead-stock and overstock alerts surface capital trapped in slow movers.
A nightly WP-Cron job (woo_dfr_recompute) refreshes forecasts; results are exposed over the WooCommerce REST API for BI tools and cached in a custom table to keep the dashboard fast on large catalogs. We respect HPOS, work with WPML/multisite where needed, and hook cleanly via WordPress actions and filters so your theme and other extensions are untouched.
Forecasts are statistical projections from your real data — honest, explainable, and tunable — not magic. We tune the model against your actual sell-through during a review window after go-live.
Runs reordering across hundreds or thousands of SKUs and is tired of spreadsheets and reactive emergency POs. Wants a single Reorder Worksheet that says what to order, how much, and when — with stockout dates they can trust.
A data-driven merchant who knows cash tied up in dead and overstock is cash that can't grow the business. Wants dead-stock and overstock alerts and reorder timing that keeps shelves full without over-buying.
Already uses Power BI, Google Sheets, or an ERP and needs WooCommerce demand and reorder figures exposed cleanly over the REST API, rather than re-keying numbers or building fragile exports by hand.

This is a build-to-order plugin, so it is not an instant download. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your catalog size, supplier lead-time data, and reporting needs. A typical build, install on staging, and go-live to production takes about 1 to 3 weeks depending on catalog complexity and how your supplier lead times are currently tracked. You'll get a firm timeline during scoping.
Yes. Every build includes a defined support and update period covering bug fixes and compatibility with WooCommerce and WordPress core updates. We also tune the forecast model against your real sell-through during a review window after go-live. Extended support and maintenance retainers are available if you want us to keep the plugin current long term.
Forecasts are statistical projections built from your own historical WooCommerce order line items — sales velocity plus seasonality weighting — not a black box. Accuracy depends on how much order history you have and how stable demand is; new or erratic SKUs are inherently harder to predict. Everything is explainable and tunable, and we calibrate it against your actual data before and after launch.
Yes. The plugin is HPOS-aware and reads orders through WooCommerce's data layer (wc_get_orders) so it works whether you use the legacy post-based orders or the custom order tables. We support WPML and WooCommerce multisite setups where needed — that's part of the scoping so we package the right build for your environment.
Yes. Forecast figures, predicted stockout dates, and suggested reorder quantities are exposed over the WooCommerce REST API and can be exported as CSV from the Reorder Worksheet. We document the endpoints during handover so your BI or ERP team can consume them directly without re-keying anything.
