WooCommerce Aramex Shipping & Labels is a custom plugin that ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports directly on your WordPress site — it is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download. We scope it to your Aramex account, your courier accounts and your checkout, then ship it as a self-contained plugin in your wp-content/plugins directory.
Live Aramex Express rate calculation at cart and checkout via the Aramex Rate Calculator API, registered as a native WC_Shipping_Method inside your WooCommerce shipping zones
Manual / fallback rate tables so checkout always returns a shippable rate when the live API is unavailable or a route is unsupported
One-click AWB (Air Waybill) label printing from the WooCommerce order screen using Aramex CreateShipments, with the label PDF and AWB number saved as order meta
Aramex pickup request scheduling (CreatePickup) directly from wp-admin, with pickup confirmation written back to the order notes
Cash-on-delivery (COD) value passed through to Aramex so collected amounts reconcile against your orders
Automatic tracking number write-back to the order timeline and customer email, with optional status sync via WP-Cron
Once live, the plugin calls the Aramex Shipping & Rate Calculator SOAP/REST API to return live Aramex Express rates at the WooCommerce cart and checkout. It registers a proper WC_Shipping_Method so rates appear natively in your shipping zones, and respects your package weight, dimensions and origin/destination cities. For routes where live rates aren't practical, we wire manual/fallback rate tables so checkout never breaks.
After an order is paid, store staff print a fully-formatted AWB (Air Waybill) label straight from the WooCommerce order screen — the plugin calls Aramex CreateShipments, stores the returned AWB number and label PDF as order meta (HPOS-compatible custom order tables), and writes it back to the order timeline. Pickup requests are scheduled through CreatePickup, and cash-on-delivery (COD) amounts are passed to Aramex so your reconciliation matches.
Built for GCC, MENA and South Asian merchants, it supports Arabic/English label output, multi-origin warehouses, and multi-vendor marketplaces (Dokan/WCFM) so each vendor ships under the correct Aramex account. We hook into WooCommerce actions and filters cleanly — no core file edits — and hand over documentation plus a defined support window. Honest delivery: this is a build-to-order engagement with a real lead time, described below.
A merchant in the UAE, KSA, Qatar or Egypt shipping with Aramex who wants live rates and printable AWB labels inside WooCommerce instead of copying orders into the Aramex portal by hand.
A Pakistan, India or Bangladesh seller relying on cash-on-delivery who needs the COD amount passed to Aramex correctly and reconciled against each WooCommerce order.
An operator running Dokan or WCFM who needs each vendor to ship under their own Aramex account, with labels and pickups isolated per vendor.

No. This is a build-to-order plugin. ECOSIRE scopes it to your Aramex account, store and checkout, then builds, installs and tests it on your WordPress site. There is no WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download link to buy and self-install.
Typical lead time is roughly 1 to 3 weeks depending on your shipping-zone complexity, COD/multi-vendor requirements and how quickly Aramex API credentials are issued to your account. We confirm an exact date during scoping. We start on a staging copy and only switch to live Aramex credentials once labels and pickups are verified.
Every build includes a defined post-launch support window for bug fixes. Because Aramex periodically changes its API and WooCommerce/WordPress ship updates, we offer an optional ongoing maintenance plan that keeps the plugin compatible with new WooCommerce, PHP and HPOS releases and with Aramex endpoint changes.
Yes. You provide your Aramex account number, PIN and API credentials (and a sandbox/test account if available). The plugin uses your account so rates, AWB numbers, pickups and COD all belong to you. We do not resell or proxy Aramex shipping.
Yes. The plugin is built HPOS / custom-order-tables compatible and stores shipment data through WooCommerce CRUD. For Dokan, WCFM or WC Vendors we wire per-vendor Aramex credentials so each vendor prints labels and schedules pickups under their own account.
