This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the integration for your specific store, theme and Safepay merchant account, then hands it over working. The connector authenticates to Shopify over OAuth with least-privilege scopes, accepts card and supported wallet payments in PKR, runs 3DS authentication on eligible transactions, and uses hosted secure payment fields so raw card data never touches your servers — keeping your PCI scope minimal.
Order state stays accurate because we subscribe to Shopify webhooks (orders/create, orders/paid, orders/cancelled, refunds/create) and reconcile them against Safepay's transaction callbacks, with idempotent handling so a retried webhook never double-marks an order. Successful captures, gateway transaction IDs and settlement references are written back via the Admin GraphQL API and stored in order metafields for support and reconciliation. Refunds are issued straight from the Shopify admin order screen and pushed to Safepay — no separate dashboard juggling.

Card data is captured through Safepay's hosted, PCI-DSS Level 1 secure fields. Raw card numbers and CVV never touch your Shopify store or any ECOSIRE-managed server, which keeps your PCI scope minimal (typically SAQ-A territory). 3DS authentication runs on eligible transactions to add a fraud and liability layer where Safepay and the issuing bank support it.

Handover includes documentation and a troubleshooting runbook, plus a post-launch support window to fix any issues found in real-world use. Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers ongoing support and maintenance — for example adapting to Safepay API changes, Shopify Admin API version bumps, or new wallet methods — under a separate support arrangement. We don't abandon the integration after install.
