No. This is a build-to-order integration. After purchase, ECOSIRE configures, builds and installs the PayU India gateway for your specific store, then supports it. There is no one-click App Store install — you get a custom implementation and a real engineer who knows your setup.

Typical delivery is 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff, depending on how quickly your PayU merchant account and credentials are ready and how many checkout methods and EMI rules you need. We confirm a firm timeline during discovery before any build work starts.

Your purchase includes a post-launch support window with the engineer who built the integration, covering bug fixes and configuration changes (for example adjusting EMI thresholds or adding a payment method). Because we build against Shopify's supported Admin GraphQL API and webhooks, we can maintain compatibility as Shopify and PayU evolve. Extended support and retainer options are available.

Yes. PayU settles in INR directly to your own PayU merchant account, so you must hold (or open) one. As part of the build we guide you through onboarding and the API key/credential setup, but the merchant relationship and settlements remain entirely yours.

EMI options are surfaced through PayU's flow at the payment step, and we can gate them by a cart-value threshold you choose so financing only appears on high-ticket orders. Both no-cost and standard EMI are supported, and the selected tenure is captured in an order metafield for reconciliation. No-cost EMI subvention terms are set in your PayU dashboard.

We verify PayU webhooks server-side and sync refunds — including partial refunds — through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, so order and financial status stay consistent in both systems. Every order carries its PayU transaction ID and payment mode in metafields, making month-end settlement matching straightforward.
