This is a build-to-order connector. ECOSIRE builds it for your store, installs it as a custom Shopify app against your shop, and supports it — there is no instant App Store download. After purchase we scope your active mandates, register the app with your tax-portal credentials, and ship a working integration.
Technically, the connector subscribes to Shopify orders/create and orders/paid webhooks, reads order, customer, and line-item data through the Admin GraphQL API, maps each line to the correct VAT/GST rate per country, and generates a compliant invoice payload. For Jordan it submits to JoFotara and handles the returned clearance/QR data; for other GCC profiles it follows that country's format. The cleared invoice number, status, and QR code are written back to Shopify order metafields, so your team sees compliance state without leaving the admin. A single multi-mandate dashboard shows submitted, cleared, and failed invoices across every country you operate in.

The build includes a post-delivery support window for fixes. Gulf and Levant e-invoicing rules change often, so we also offer an ongoing maintenance option that covers format updates, new country profiles, and adjustments when a tax authority revises its requirements. This is agreed separately from the one-time build fee.
+Which countries are covered?
Jordan's JoFotara is the live, built-out integration. Other GCC and Levant mandates (such as Saudi ZATCA Fatoora and the UAE rollout) are delivered as configurable country profiles scoped to the mandates you actually operate under. We confirm exactly which countries are in your build during scoping rather than promising blanket coverage.

It installs as a custom Shopify app via OAuth with access scoped to the orders, customers, and tax data it needs.
