No. This is built-to-order. ECOSIRE ingests your specific catalog, pages and policies, configures the Admin API and webhook integration, and installs the agent as a theme App Block in your store. You receive a working, store-specific agent — not a generic plugin you have to set up alone.
A typical build runs about 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff. It starts with a short discovery call to confirm scope, channels (on-site and/or WhatsApp), helpdesk routing and brand voice, followed by the training pass, integration, a review round with you, and install. Larger catalogs, multiple languages, or custom helpdesk routing can extend the timeline, and we confirm dates with you up front.
Every build includes a defined post-launch support window for fixes, retraining as your catalog and policies change, and prompt/escalation tuning. The webhook integration keeps product, collection and order data fresh automatically. Beyond the included window, ongoing support and retraining are available as a maintenance arrangement we agree with you.
