Inter-Company Accounting automates transactions between group entities: a sale in one company creates the mirrored purchase in the other, invoices pair automatically, and balances reconcile with netting support. For groups running multiple legal entities in one database — trading companies, GCC multi-license structures, and holding companies with shared services. Planned features include rule-based mirroring of orders, invoices, and journal entries, transfer-pricing markup rules, inter-company balance reconciliation with mismatch detection, periodic netting proposals, elimination-ready tagging for consolidation reports, shared-cost allocation across entities, and an audit trail on every mirrored document. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
