SMS Notification Suite gives your Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce store reliable transactional SMS that does not depend on email deliverability — critical for mobile-first regions where customers live in their inbox-less SMS app.

This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds it as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/SmsNotification, installs it on your Magento install (or staging first), configures your gateway credentials, and supports it after go-live. You receive a real PSR-4 module with composer.json, registration.php and a versioned etc/module.xml — not a theme hack.

Under the hood the suite hooks Magento's native event system. Observers on sales_order_save_after, sales_order_shipment_save_after, sales_order_invoice_save_after and sales_order_creditmemo_save_after detect status transitions and dispatch SMS through a gateway service contract (Ecosire\SmsNotification\Api\SmsSenderInterface). Gateway adapters for Twilio, Amazon SNS, MSG91, Nexmo/Vonage, Plivo and Unifonic are wired via di.xml so you can swap providers without touching business logic. Sending is queued and processed by cron so checkout is never blocked by a slow gateway API.

Merchants get an admin-configurable template editor with order variables ({{order_increment_id}}, {{customer_name}}, {{tracking_number}}), OTP for registration and login flows, review-reminder SMS triggered after delivery, and bulk promotional campaigns with throttling. Everything is multi-store / multi-website aware via Magento's ScopeConfigInterface, protected by dedicated admin ACL resources, and exposed over REST and GraphQL so headless and PWA Studio storefronts can trigger and read SMS state. Works on Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce; nothing is hardcoded — sender IDs, rate limits and retry policy are all configuration.
