Meta Shops can drive real social-commerce revenue, but only if your Magento 2 catalog, stock and pricing stay in lockstep with Meta Commerce Manager — and Magento core ships nothing for this. This extension closes that gap.

ECOSIRE builds the connector as a proper Magento 2 module under app/code/Ecosire/MetaShopsConnector, wired through di.xml with service contracts, plugins/interceptors and observers rather than core hacks. A scheduled cron job generates a Meta-compliant catalog feed (CSV/XML or direct Catalog Batch API) covering availability, price, sale_price, GTIN/MPN/brand and Google product category, with full attribute mapping from your EAV attributes to Meta's required fields. Inventory and price changes propagate on a configurable interval so your Shop never sells stock you don't have.

On the order side, a secure webhook and polling service import Instagram and Facebook checkout orders into Magento as native sales orders — mapping line items, taxes, shipping and customer data — so fulfillment, invoicing and your existing shipping integrations work unchanged. Optional support for Dynamic Ads / Advantage+ catalog keeps your retargeting and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns fed from the same source of truth.

Everything is admin-driven: a dedicated configuration section under Stores → Configuration with ACL-gated access, multi-store-view and multi-website scoping, feed/connection logging, and a manual "sync now" action. The module is compatible with Adobe Commerce (Cloud and on-prem) and Magento Open Source, and respects MSI (Multi-Source Inventory) when configured.
