This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports a dedicated module under app/code/Ecosire/TrackingImport tailored to the exact file format your carrier or 3PL sends. It is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download — we build it for your store, your carriers, and your fulfillment flow.
The module ingests tracking data from CSV, XML, or an FTP/SFTP drop folder, matches each row to its order (by increment ID, order number, or a custom reference), and uses Magento service contracts (ShipOrderInterface, ShipmentRepositoryInterface) to create real shipments — never raw SQL writes. Carrier codes in your file are mapped to Magento carrier codes so tracking links resolve correctly. A cron-driven import profile polls the drop folder on a schedule, so the whole loop runs unattended. When a shipment is created, Magento's standard sales_email/shipment flow sends the customer their tracking — fully translatable and template-driven.
Every import is logged with per-row success/error reporting, so a malformed line never silently fails. Admin ACL gates the import screen, and a REST endpoint lets your WMS or middleware push tracking programmatically.
