À propos de ce produit
Magento Open Source ships with one default stock source and a single, manually assigned fulfillment flow. Adobe Commerce adds Multi-Source Inventory (MSI) and basic Source Selection Algorithms, but neither gives an omnichannel retailer a true order brain that can ingest orders from the web store, in-store POS and external marketplaces, score every source against distance, stock, capacity and cost, then orchestrate ship-from-store, BOPIS and split shipments with backorder handling. This extension is that brain.
ECOSIRE builds it as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/OrderManagement, layered on Magento's MSI service contracts so it cooperates with — rather than replaces — core inventory. A unified order pool aggregates channels through REST/GraphQL ingestion endpoints and observers on sales_order_place_after. A pluggable routing engine (custom Source Selection Algorithm plus di.xml-wired strategy classes) selects sources, splits an order into shipment groups, and emits store-pickup and curbside tasks to a dedicated store-associate admin grid (guarded by its own ACL resources). Cron consumers reconcile backorders and retry partial fulfillment.
Because it is build-to-order, you tell us your channels (Amazon, eBay, your POS, a 3PL), your routing rules and your edition (Open Source vs Adobe Commerce), and we build, install, configure and support exactly that. There is no instant Marketplace download and we don't pretend otherwise — what you get is a tailored module, deployed to your environment, with source code you own.
We deliver migration-safe code, deployment to staging then production, and a support window. Honest lead time, real engineering, no black box.
Ce que vous obtenez
- Custom Magento 2 module under `app/code/Ecosire/OrderManagement` (or installed via Composer into your project), with full source code you own
- `di.xml`, `acl.xml`, `events.xml`, `crontab.xml`, `webapi.xml`/GraphQL schema and admin UI components configured for your channels and rules
- Installation and configuration on your staging environment, then deployment to production with `setup:upgrade`, `setup:di:compile` and static content deploy
- Routing-rule configuration workshop output: documented source priorities, BOPIS/curbside flows and split-shipment policies tailored to your stores
- Channel ingestion connectors for the marketplaces/POS you specify (e.g. Amazon, eBay, your POS system) plus service-contract APIs for ERP/WMS/3PL
- Technical documentation, admin user guide for store associates, and a post-deployment support window with bug fixes and Magento patch-compatibility checks
Pour qui c'est
Omnichannel Retail Operations Lead
Runs fulfillment across multiple stores and a central warehouse and needs one system that decides where each order ships from instead of staff manually splitting and reassigning orders every day.
Magento / Adobe Commerce Store Owner
Sells on the web store plus Amazon, eBay and an in-store POS and wants those orders pooled into Magento so inventory and fulfillment are managed in one place, not three.
Head of E-commerce Engineering
Owns the Magento codebase and wants an upgrade-safe module using plugins, observers and service contracts — not core hacks — that integrates cleanly with the existing ERP/WMS via API.

Foire aux questions sur Magento 2 Order Management & Omnichannel Fulfillment
How long does delivery take, and what is the process?
This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant download. After a short scoping call to confirm your channels, routing rules and Magento edition, typical delivery is about one working week depending on how many marketplace/POS connectors and custom routing strategies are involved. We build on a staging environment first, review the routing logic and workflows with you, then deploy to production. You receive a firm timeline in writing before work begins.
What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?
Every build includes a post-deployment support window covering bug fixes and verification that the module stays compatible with Magento/Adobe Commerce patch releases. Because you own the source code, you are never locked in. We also offer optional ongoing support and enhancement retainers if you want us to add channels, refine routing rules or maintain compatibility across future Magento upgrades long-term.
Does this work on Magento Open Source or only Adobe Commerce?
Both. On Adobe Commerce we build on top of native Multi-Source Inventory (MSI) and Source Selection Algorithms so the module cooperates with core. On Magento Open Source, which lacks the full MSI/SSA tooling, we implement an equivalent multi-source and routing layer. We confirm your edition during scoping and build accordingly.
Will this conflict with my existing extensions or future Magento upgrades?
We deliberately avoid core overrides. The module uses plugins (interceptors), event observers, `di.xml` preferences and service contracts, which is the upgrade-safe pattern. During the build we test against your existing third-party extensions on staging, and the support window includes re-checking compatibility when you apply Magento security patches.
How do marketplace and POS orders get into Magento?
We build ingestion endpoints (REST/GraphQL) and connectors for the specific channels you name — for example Amazon, eBay or your POS system. Each external order is normalized into a Magento sales order, dropped into the unified pool, and run through the routing engine just like a web order, so all channels share one fulfillment workflow and one source of inventory truth.
