The Temu Seller Connector for Business Central is a custom AL extension that ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports on your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. It is not an instant AppSource download — it is a build-to-order engagement: we scope your Temu seller account, fulfillment model (self-fulfilled vs semi-managed) and BC item/dimension setup, then deliver a per-tenant extension tailored to how you actually trade.
Under the hood the connector adds table and page extensions plus dedicated setup pages, and uses event subscribers on the standard Sales, Item and Inventory documents so Temu activity flows through native posting routines rather than around them. Temu orders are pulled in over the Temu Open Platform API and materialized as Business Central Sales Orders with mapped customers, items, taxes and shipping. Listings are published and maintained from BC item data; inventory and price changes push back to Temu on a schedule driven by the Job Queue. Returns and refunds are ingested and matched to the originating order so your stock and ledgers stay correct.
The extension respects BC's security model with dedicated permission sets, exposes its data through standard API/OData pages for Power BI and Power Platform reporting, and logs every sync to an auditable activity table. Because it is a per-tenant extension, your AL source is yours, upgrades track your BC release cadence, and ECOSIRE handles installation, sandbox validation and production cutover.
You get a connector that fits your processes on day one — with a named engineer behind it, not a generic listing you configure alone. Pricing starts at $499 for the standard build; multi-warehouse, multi-account or heavy customization is scoped on request.
A scaling merchant selling on Temu while running finance and inventory in BC, who needs orders, stock and returns to flow automatically instead of being re-keyed from the Temu seller portal.
Owns warehouse accuracy and SLA performance, and needs Temu semi-managed and self-fulfilled events reconciled against BC shipments so available quantity and ledgers never drift.
Responsible for a clean, upgradeable tenant — wants a per-tenant extension with proper permission sets, native posting, audit logging and Power BI reporting rather than spreadsheet imports.

No. This is a build-to-order engagement. ECOSIRE scopes your Temu account and BC setup, then builds a per-tenant AL extension tailored to your processes, installs it in your sandbox for validation, and cuts it over to production. You get your own AL source and a named engineer — not a generic self-configured listing.
A standard build typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on your fulfillment model (self-fulfilled vs semi-managed), catalog complexity and how clean your BC item and dimension setup is. Multi-warehouse, multi-account or heavily customized scopes take longer and are estimated during discovery. We confirm a firm timeline before work begins.
ECOSIRE supports the extension after go-live and keeps it compatible with your Business Central update cadence (BC ships major releases twice a year). Support covers Temu API changes, bug fixes and configuration help. We offer ongoing support/maintenance plans; enhancements and new features beyond the original scope are quoted separately.
Yes. The connector uses event subscribers and creates standard Sales Orders, Return Orders and credit memos, so everything posts through native BC routines and your standard ledgers, dimensions and tax setup. Nothing bypasses BC's posting engine, which keeps your financials and inventory accurate and auditable.
Yes. Connector data is exposed through standard API/OData pages, so you can build Power BI dashboards or drive Dataverse and Power Platform automation. We include a starter Power BI dataset definition for Temu sales and fulfillment as part of the deliverables.
Yes. Because it's deployed as a per-tenant extension rather than a black-box AppSource app, you own the AL source, and the extension is structured to track your BC release cadence. ECOSIRE handles version compatibility as part of support so upgrades don't break the integration.
