Running on Talabat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats at once means three menus, three price lists, three commission statements — and a tablet farm at the pass. The Food Delivery Aggregator Hub makes Business Central the single source of truth for all of it.
This is a build-to-order AL extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds it against your channels and chart of accounts, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), and supports it after go-live. We do not invent a marketplace link — you get a real, scoped engagement.
What it does. A new Delivery Channel setup page maps each BC item, variant and price list to its Talabat / Deliveroo / Uber Eats menu entry. When you change a price, toggle 86/out-of-stock, or update prep time, event subscribers on the item and price tables push the change to each connected channel. Incoming orders arrive through each platform's order webhook, are validated, and post as BC sales documents through the standard posting routines — so the kitchen sees a unified order queue and your accountant sees clean, costed entries.
Accounting that ties out. Each imported order carries its platform, gross value, commission and expected payout. A reconciliation page matches platform settlement files against posted orders so per-channel commission and payouts actually reconcile to your G/L.
Built on real BC plumbing: table/page extensions, a job queue entry for polling and retry, permission sets scoped to delivery operators, and REST/OData integration to each aggregator gateway. Optional Dataverse / Power Platform surfacing for a Power BI channel-margin dashboard. You own the extension source.
Runs several outlets across Talabat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats and is tired of editing the same menu three times. Wants one BC menu source of truth and a single live order queue at the pass instead of a wall of tablets.
Needs every delivery order costed into Business Central and per-platform commission and payouts to reconcile against settlement files and the G/L, so channel profitability is real rather than guessed.
Owns the BC environment and wants integrations delivered as a clean per-tenant AL extension with scoped permission sets, job-queue-based retries and source ownership — not brittle spreadsheets or an unsupported black-box app.

It is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds this as a per-tenant AL extension scoped to your channels and chart of accounts. Typical delivery is about 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff depending on how many aggregators you run, how complex your menu and modifier structure is, and how quickly each platform grants API/webhook access. We build in your sandbox, run UAT with you, then install to production with a documented runbook.
ECOSIRE supports the extension under your chosen support plan. That covers bug fixes, mapping changes when you add menu items or a new channel, and updates to keep the extension compatible with Business Central's twice-yearly platform releases and with each aggregator's API changes. Because it's a per-tenant extension and you own the source, you are never locked into us — but the engagement is designed so we keep it healthy for you.
The build targets Talabat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats out of the box. Additional aggregators (for example careem, Noon Food, HungerStation or a local platform) can be added wherever the platform exposes a partner menu and order API. Each new channel is a scoped addition to the same Delivery Channel framework, not a rebuild.
Yes. Imported orders post through Business Central's standard sales document and posting routines, tagged with channel dimensions, gross value and commission. A reconciliation page then matches each platform's settlement file against posted orders, so per-platform commission and payouts tie out to your G/L instead of living in spreadsheets.
Yes. It installs as a per-tenant extension on Business Central online (SaaS) and on supported on-premises deployments. Integration uses the BC REST/OData API and job queue, and the only external requirement is outbound access to each aggregator's API and inbound webhook delivery, which we configure during deployment.
Yes. We can project order, commission and payout data into Dataverse via the Power Platform integration and ship a starter Power BI dashboard for channel margin and payout tracking. This is optional and priced as part of the build if you want it.
