No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE designs, builds, and installs it specifically for your store, catalog, and fulfillment workflow. You purchase the build, we configure it against your real products, and we install it on your store via a scoped OAuth connection.

A standard build is typically delivered in about 2 to 4 weeks depending on catalog complexity, box rules, and how custom your portal and theme integration need to be. After a short kickoff to confirm requirements, we give you a firm timeline and milestones. Highly custom build-a-box logic or 3PL integrations can extend that, and we tell you upfront.

Yes. The one-time build fee covers delivery and an initial support window for fixes and configuration tweaks. Beyond that, optional care plans cover Shopify API version migrations, new features, monitoring, and priority support. These are quoted separately so you only pay for the level of ongoing care you want.

Yes. The app is built on Shopify's native Subscription APIs (SubscriptionContract and SubscriptionBillingAttempt), so recurring billing runs through Shopify checkout and Shopify Payments. There is no third-party payment processor inserted between you and your customers, and the customer billing experience stays inside Shopify.

Yes. The self-serve portal lets customers skip a cycle, swap products, pause and resume, change cadence, update payment, and edit upcoming boxes. For build-a-box, customers compose their box from an eligible-SKU pool you define in metafields, with tier and quantity rules enforced before the next billing attempt.

Yes. You own the source code and all subscription data lives in your Shopify store via SubscriptionContract records, metafields, and order data. There is no lock-in to an ECOSIRE-hosted platform, and you can have another developer maintain it later if you choose.
