No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE custom-builds it for your specific store, installs it via OAuth, maps your menu, configures your pickup and delivery zones, and hands it over running. There is no instant self-serve download — that honesty is intentional, because the configuration is tailored to your catalog and locations.

After purchase we collect your menu, locations, hours, and delivery-zone details, then build and install. A typical single-location setup is delivered within roughly 2–3 weeks; multi-location or cloud-kitchen builds with POS sync take longer. We confirm a firm timeline with you in writing before work starts, and if a requirement exceeds Shopify's platform limits we tell you before you commit.

The price is a one-time build fee that includes a post-launch bug-fix window and a staff walkthrough. Beyond that, optional ongoing support and feature work are available — for menu changes, new locations, Shopify API version upgrades, or added zones. You are never locked in: the app runs on your own Shopify store and you keep full control of it.

Yes. Orders flow through your own Shopify checkout and your existing payment processor, so there is no per-order marketplace commission. You pay only your normal Shopify and payment-processor fees, exactly as you do for any other Shopify sale.

Yes, optionally. We can wire the app to Shopify POS and multi-location inventory so in-store and online orders share one back office and sold-out items automatically hide from the online menu. We confirm your POS plan and location setup during scoping, since some sync features depend on your Shopify subscription tier.

Yes. The app supports both order-ahead (ASAP) and schedule-for-later time slots. Slots are validated against your opening hours and configurable prep capacity, so customers can only book windows your kitchen can actually fulfill.
