Because ECOSIRE builds and hosts the app for you, we provide a defined post-launch support window covering bug fixes, configuration adjustments, and updates to keep the app compatible with Shopify Admin API version changes. We connect to a commercial metal spot-rate API of your choice; if you do not already have one, we will recommend a reliable provider during discovery. Yes. Any SKU or variant can be locked or given a manual override so it is skipped by the scheduled repricing job. You can also set rounding rules and minimum-margin guards so automated prices never fall below a floor you define.

The bulk product mapping tool lets you assign metal type, net weight and purity across large collections at once, and webhooks ensure newly added products inherit your pricing formula automatically. Repricing runs through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API in batches that respect Shopify rate limits.
