No. The Jewelry Ring & Diamond Builder is build-to-order. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds, configures, and installs it on your Shopify store, then supports it. There is no instant download or self-serve install.

Because it is custom-built and integrated with your chosen diamond feed and theme, a typical engagement runs a few weeks from kickoff. We confirm a firm lead time after a short scoping call where we review your catalog, supplier, and styling needs. Complex multi-supplier or heavy-customization builds take longer, and we tell you that up front.

The $499 build includes a defined post-launch support window for fixes, questions, and minor adjustments. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance, new supplier integrations, Shopify API version upgrades, and feature additions are available as a support plan or scoped change requests. We do not abandon the build after handover.

We integrate one live feed per build from RapNet, Nivoda, or IDEX, wired to your own supplier credentials. We normalize cut, carat, color, clarity, fluorescence, and certification so they are filterable. Additional feeds or gemstone sources can be added as extra scope.

Either approach works. We can serve diamonds as a hosted live feed for real-time availability, or sync a selected subset into Shopify products via the Admin GraphQL API on a scheduled refresh. We recommend the right model based on catalog size, refresh frequency, and how you want fulfillment to read order data.

Yes. The builder is constructed on top of your current theme and uses standard Shopify checkout. The configured ring becomes a single line item with full configuration stored in line-item properties and order metafields, so your existing checkout, discounts, and fulfillment flow keep working.
