No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE custom-builds it to your fulfillment rules, installs it on your store as a private app via OAuth, and integrates it into your theme. There is no App Store listing or self-serve install link involved.

Typical turnaround is about 5 to 10 business days from purchase, depending on how complex your rules are (multi-location, postal-code zones, custom checkout extensions add time). After a short kickoff call to capture your hours, slots, cut-offs and blackout dates, we build, install on a development or live store, test, and hand over. We confirm a firm date in writing before we start.

The $249 price includes installation, configuration to your rules, and a post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments. Because Shopify evolves (Checkout Extensibility, API version deprecations), we offer optional ongoing maintenance to keep the app on a supported Admin API version and adjust slot rules as your operations change. We scope and quote that separately so you only pay for what you need.

The chosen date, time slot and fulfillment method are written to the order as line-item properties and order metafields through the Admin GraphQL API. That means they appear on the order in Shopify admin and can be surfaced on packing slips, order confirmation emails and your notification templates so your fulfillment team works from accurate data.

Yes. Each slot has a configurable capacity limit. The app counts paid orders against that slot and hides or disables it once it's full. Order webhooks (orders/create and orders/cancelled) keep the count accurate in real time, so a cancelled order frees its slot back up automatically.

Yes. Scheduling is pinned to your store's timezone, not the shopper's browser. Cut-off times (for example, order by 11am for same-day) are evaluated against your local time, so a customer in another timezone can't slip past your kitchen's deadline.
