Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers ongoing support and Shopify API compatibility maintenance as an optional retainer, so the app keeps working as Shopify deprecates API versions over time.

We integrate with common gateways such as Twilio, MSG91, Gupshup and the WhatsApp Business API, and can connect an existing provider you already use. You supply the provider account and credentials; we wire it into the verification flow and build the message templates in your locales.

Yes. The verification, holding and tagging logic runs server-side via the Admin GraphQL API and webhooks, so it does not depend on fragile theme edits. COD fees are applied via order adjustments or checkout configuration appropriate to your Shopify plan, and the admin UI lives inside Shopify using Polaris and App Bridge.
