Malaysia MyInvois E-Invoicing Compliance
A NetSuite SuiteScript 2.1 application that submits invoices, credit notes, debit notes and refund notes to the LHDN MyInvois system, tracks validation status, and handles consolidated invoicing. Built to order after a scoping call and fixed quote.
- Document submission to MyInvois for Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Refund Note and self-billed documents, with the returned unique identifier and validation timestamp written back to the NetSuite transaction
- Explicit status lifecycle per document (not submitted, submitted, valid, invalid, cancelled, buyer-rejected) driven only by confirmed responses, never assumed
