This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. After a short scoping call we confirm your WooCommerce version, modifier structure, payment gateway and kiosk hardware. Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how complex your modifiers and payment flow are. We give you a firm date once scope is agreed, then build, install and test it on a staging copy of your site before going live.

Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes and configuration adjustments. After that, we offer an optional maintenance plan that keeps the kiosk compatible with new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS changes), your gateway's API updates, and PHP upgrades. Because the plugin is custom and installed on your own site, you are never cut off from a marketplace — ECOSIRE maintains it directly for you.

Real WooCommerce orders. Every kiosk checkout writes a standard order into your store — HPOS / custom-order-table compatible — and fires the normal woocommerce_new_order and woocommerce_thankyou hooks. That means your kitchen-display, receipt printer, accounting and reporting integrations keep working exactly as they do for online orders, with kiosk orders simply tagged by terminal.

The kiosk uses your own configured WooCommerce payment gateway, so it accepts whatever that gateway supports. Card payments run through gateways like Stripe Terminal or Square; wallet and QR options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Alipay work where your gateway enables them. We wire the kiosk to your gateway during the build — we don't lock you into a payment provider of our choosing.

Yes. The kiosk respects WPML and WooCommerce multilingual setups, so customers can switch the menu language at the screen. For multiple stations, each kiosk is named and fingerprinted in wp-admin so its orders are tagged to that terminal — useful for per-station or per-location reporting. It also honors your existing tax classes, stock levels and fulfillment rules rather than maintaining a parallel set.
