Salesforce CRM Sync for WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce store to your Salesforce org so that customer and order data flows into your CRM the moment it happens — no nightly CSV exports, no copy-paste, no stale pipeline.
This is a build-to-order plugin. It is not an instant download. After you order, ECOSIRE builds the connector against your specific Salesforce org and WooCommerce setup, installs it on your WordPress site, maps your fields, and supports it. You get a plugin tailored to your objects and your automation rules — not a generic one-size-fits-all add-on you have to wrestle into shape.
How it works. The plugin hooks into WooCommerce's order and customer lifecycle (woocommerce_checkout_order_processed, woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_created_customer, profile_update) and pushes data to Salesforce over the REST API using a secure OAuth 2.0 connected app. A new shopper can become a Lead, Contact, or Account per your rules; a placed order can spin up an Opportunity with the WooCommerce line items synced as OpportunityLineItems against your Salesforce price book. Is this an instant download I can install myself?
No. Salesforce CRM Sync for WooCommerce is build-to-order. After you purchase, ECOSIRE builds the connector against your specific Salesforce org and WooCommerce store, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site. How long until it is live on my store?
Typical delivery is about 1 to 2 weeks from when we receive your Salesforce sandbox access and field requirements. Simple Lead/Contact mapping lands at the faster end; deep Opportunity, line-item, and custom-object mapping with heavy validation rules takes longer. We confirm a firm timeline with you before starting and always test against your Salesforce sandbox before touching your production org.
What do you need access to in order to build it?
WordPress admin access to your store (or a staging clone), and a Salesforce account that can create a connected app and grant API access — ideally to a sandbox first. We configure the OAuth 2.0 connected app, set up the field mapping, run a test sync into the sandbox, and only then promote to your production org.
What happens to ongoing support and updates after delivery?
Your purchase includes a defined support and update window. WooCommerce, WordPress, and the Salesforce REST API all change over time — for example HPOS becoming the default order storage, or Salesforce deprecating an API version — and we keep the connector working across those changes during your support period. After it lapses, you can renew support or request changes as a scoped engagement. Because ECOSIRE builds and hosts the code with you, fixes go straight to your install.
Can it sync order line items and create Opportunities, not just contacts?
Yes. Beyond creating Leads, Contacts, and Accounts, the connector can create a Salesforce Opportunity per order and sync each WooCommerce line item as an OpportunityLineItem matched to your Salesforce price book. WooCommerce order statuses can drive Opportunity stages so your pipeline reflects fulfillment reality. Exactly which objects are created and how they map is configured to your sales process during the build.
Will it create duplicate records in Salesforce?
No. The connector upserts using configurable matching keys — typically email or a Salesforce External Id — so a returning customer updates their existing record instead of creating a new one. Bidirectional update handling also reconciles edits made directly in Salesforce so they are not silently overwritten on the next order sync.
